I am a Board Certified Art Therapist and Mama who loves to help other busy working mamas break through their art blocks and develop creatively messy self-care practices they love!

If you’d like to know more about me:

I am a Cuban-American, art loving, expressive artist, art therapist and mama of two trying to find balance in it all. I am passionate about helping other moms reawaken their inner artist and develop creatively messy self-care practices so they can be the best versions of themselves possible. Having a job and being a mother can take a lot out of you and often make you forget who you are. Through developing a creative self-care practice busy working moms can find themselves, and recharge, so they can wake up and do it all over again the next day!
