Jen Alward
I help the modern leader who longs to bring creativity into their work.
- who needs a little refreshment themselves because the burden of those they care for is heavy.
- who may be nearing burnout or just getting started and lacking a bit of courage. This healer may be an artist, therapist, ministry leader or volunteer.

Ever since I was a child I was creating, pointing out beauty, and wanting to help. During a difficult time in our family I learned about Art Therapy and discovered that this thing I loved doing for fun was being used to heal people on a deep level. After earning my degrees & licenses, I began working in therapy clinics, homes, assisted living facilities and around the world helping people find healing through art. It's been 20 years and I still love providing opportunities for healing and helping counselors, coaches, and ministry leaders effectively bring about healing through art!
If you’d like to know more about me:
Hi, my name is Jen Alward. I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with my two dogs, Buddy & Pepper. Romping in the woods and pausing to observe unexpected bits of beauty are my main sources of inspiration. I love transformations too, which is why I collect and repurpose things most would consider rubbish. God's gifts truly are all around us if we allow ourselves time to look and listen. Multimedia art and collage are my go-to ways to create and I bring these offerings to my clients as well. Helping others reflect on their journeys, see things from different perspectives, enjoy playful exploration, and discover new insights keeps me motivated. It's so exciting to watch their whole being shift as they experience joy, relief, peace, and hope bubbling up within them in the midst of painful circumstances and stories. It's this transformation that I long to empower others to experience and provide as well. To help coaches, therapists, ministry leaders, creatives, volunteers and other modern day healers discover the healing possibilities that art can offer them and their clients in the days, weeks, and hears ahead. Working with others to harness the healing power of art for the unique and amazing work they do thrills me!
